Sands Beach Resort is a luxury pedestrianised holiday complex located in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote, just 20 minutes (approx 20 euro) from Arrecife Airport by taxi.

The resort slopes gently towards the sea and is built on three terraces to maximise the unrestricted ocean views.

The Resort complex contains 368 villa style apartments, mostly 1 bed room apartments which sleep a maximum 6 persons (junior apartments – 4) There are also several 2 bed room apartments sleeping up to 8 and 4 x 3 bed room apartments for up to 10 pax. 70 of these luxury apartments front directly onto the Resort’s private beach. This feature is unique in all of the Canary Islands.

Our Apartments

The Resort apartments are all large and luxurious, with fully equipped kitchens, TV, telephone etc., and are furnished to an extremely high standard. We also have 4 different apartment types specifically adapted for disabled guests. There is also ramp access to the public areas via side road either side of the resort.

Junior & Studio apartments

Junior Apartments differ slightly from the standard one bedroom apartments, being slightly smaller and offering either studio accommodation with pull down bed, or one bedroom with a partial kitchen. This comprises a two ring hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
