The villa has immaculate landscaped gardens and a large swimming pool which is heated during the winter season. The pool area can be locked for children's safety. There are ample sun loungers, seating and umbrellas and a special feature is the built in barbecue.

The accommodation comprises; four bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes and one with an ensuite bathroom (with sunken bath) WC and shower, plus two further shower rooms which also have a WC.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped including fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and there is a washing machine in a separate utility room. The dining room and lounge area are spacious, open plan and have tasteful and comfortable furniture.
